A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
(4) The following provisions apply upon receipt of an order in our online shop: The consumer submits a binding offer by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online shop.
The order process consists of the following steps:
1) Select the desired item(s).
2) Confirm by clicking the “Order” button.
3) Review the items in your shopping cart.
4) Click the “Checkout” button.
5) Log in to the online shop after registration and entering your login details (email address and password).
6) Review and, if necessary, correct the entered data.
7) Submit your order by clicking the “Place order” or “Buy” button. Before submitting your order, you can review your information and correct any errors by clicking the “Back” button in your web browser. You can also cancel the order process by closing your web browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of your order with an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer.
(5) Speicherung des Vertragstextes bei Bestellungen über unseren Internetshop : Wir speichern den Vertragstext und senden Ihnen die Bestelldaten und unsere AGB per E-Mail zu. Ihre vergangenen Bestellungen können Sie in unserem Kunden-Bereich unter Mein Konto –> Meine Bestellungen einsehen.
(1) Die angegebenen Preise enthalten die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer und sonstige Preisbestandteile. Hinzu kommen etwaige Versandkosten.
(2) Der Verbraucher hat die Möglichkeit der Zahlung per Vorkasse, Nachnahme, PayPal, Kreditkarte( Visa, Mastercard, American Express ) .
(3) Hat der Verbraucher die Zahlung per Vorkasse gewählt, so verpflichtet er sich, den Kaufpreis unverzüglich nach Vertragsschluss zu zahlen.
Soweit wir per Nachnahme liefern, tritt die Fälligkeit der Kaufpreisforderung mit Erhalt der Ware ein.
§4 Lieferung(1) Sofern wir dies in der Produktbeschreibung nicht deutlich anders angegeben haben, sind alle von uns angebotenen Artikel sofort versandfertig. Die Lieferung erfolgt hier spätesten innerhalb von 5 Werktagen. Dabei beginnt die Frist für die Lieferung im Falle der Zahlung per Vorkasse am Tag nach Zahlungsauftrag an die mit der Überweisung beauftragte Bank und bei allen anderen Zahlungsarten am Tag nach Vertragsschluss zu laufen. Fällt das Fristende auf einen Samstag, Sonntag oder gesetzlichen Feiertag am Lieferort, so endet die Frist am nächsten Werktag.
(2) Die Gefahr des zufälligen Untergangs und der zufälligen Verschlechterung der verkauften Sache geht auch beim Versendungskauf erst mit der Übergabe der Sache an den Käufer auf diesen über.
Wir behalten uns das Eigentum an der Ware bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung des Kaufpreises vor.

must be informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
